1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hotmoan ("the Site", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or access adult content on Hotmoan. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor without notice.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current. You may not:
- Register using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use an offensive, vulgar, or prohibited username
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at our sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any sexual content depicting or referencing minors. We are legally required to report such material to the NCMEC CyberTipline under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- Content that promotes, depicts, or glorifies rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual sexual acts
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users
- Spam, phishing, or malicious links
- Content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights
Adult content between consenting adults (nudity, erotica, adult photography) is permitted subject to these Terms and our content guidelines.
5. Content You Upload
By uploading content to Hotmoan you represent that:
- You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it
- All persons depicted are adults who have consented to the content being shared
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading you grant Hotmoan a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute the content on the platform.
6. Automated Moderation & Banning
Hotmoan uses automated keyword filtering and AI-assisted content moderation to detect prohibited content. Accounts that attempt to post prohibited content are automatically suspended. All such attempts are logged with full forensic detail (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and may be forwarded to law enforcement.
7. DMCA / Copyright
If you believe content on Hotmoan infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to legal@hotmoan.com with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its URL; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) your signature.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or permanently ban your account without notice for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site immediately ceases. We may retain logs and data as required by law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotmoan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established.
